Thank you for your order, we really do appreciate you! We hope you are completely happy with your new goodies! However, if you aren’t, there’s no need to worry.

Online Returns:
To return your Kodakoda items please use the below address & follow instructions. Then simply print and head to your nearest post office. We’d recommend asking for a proof of postage, so you have a reference.

If you’re returning, please include your order number, name, address & details of what you’re returning/swapping in your parcel. Once we receive your returned items, please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed.
Please package up items securely as kodakoda cannot be held responsible for any damage during posting.

We can’t offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on the following products for hygiene reasons:

  • Swimwear
  • Underwear
  • Hat’s & socks

No, we use Royal Mail paid postal services to reach our amazing customers all across the country. Simply head to your nearest post office.
